I started Perfectionist Painting 15 years ago, in 2005. I am more of a tradesman/painter than I am a business man. When I first started this business, it was essentially just me with an old pick up truck and a ladder rack. With my eye for detail and passion from craftsmanship, I was able focus a hard work ethic into a successful business. As more project were completed the business started to grow by word mouth referrals. Over time, I was able to assemble a dedicated team of painters/tradesmen to work along side me. This is really what separates painting businesses, your employees. It seems that everyone looking for a job “knows how to paint” I assure you, this is not true. I have made the point, and continue to, to acquire and retain quality tradesman. This is done by paying a wage that facilitated pride in quality workmanship. To this day, more times than not, I am onsite with a brush in my hand making sure the job is completed to the highest standard.
